Phnom Penh lacks green spaces... but it does have an open canal of sewer water. Locally known as shit creek, shit canal, or poop river this open sewer system has been stinking up the city for a very long time. It affects businesses, property value, and has probably made people sick. Let's 2 birds 1 stone this thing. In Siem Reap, about a year ago, they covered one of their sewage canals and built a park over it. Yeah, let's do that!
