Phnom Penh is one of the fastest changing cities I've been to. To prove this, I am arming myself with a 2001 version of the Lonely Planet Cambodia guidebook. I'll checkout some of their recommendations, see which ones are still open, and compare Phnom Penh in 2001 vs 2024. Hint: there is less blowing up cows in 2024.
