We're staying overnight at the Raffles Hotel Le Royal. It's a landmark in Phnom Penh, an institution. It is one of the fanciest hotels in Cambodia. Luckily we got an incredible deal! We'll check out the room, the pool area, the breakfast, the gym, and more. I'll also talk about how luxury isn't completely out of reach when you're an expat living in Cambodia.
