Today I am going to, for the very first time, the largest food and beverage chain the world. It's not McDonald's. It's not KFC, Starbucks, or Subway. In fact, you've probably never heard of them, despite them having over 49000 locations. It's called Mixue, and it's a Chinese ice cream and drink shop that has been in operation since 1997. We'll look at how they expanded and became the biggest food and beverage chain in the world. Plus I'll eat way too much ice cream.
