We are back from a 3 week trip to the Philippines! This is our 3rd vacation to the Philippines - we've been to Boracay, Cebu, Bohol, Palawan, Pampanga, Batangas, and Manila. With all that experience, I think it's time for this sarcastic a-hole to share some knowledge. What you need to know before traveling to the Philippines.
