We live in Toul Tom Poung, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. On Saturday, June 1st I was watching TV and out of the corner of my eye I noticed a flickering orange light. I looked and saw that a neighbouring house was engulfed in flames. This is our reaction on the night, and then the following morning I go out to see the aftermath of the fire.
