Super Bowl LVII is this Sunday and my favorite team is playing in it!! You know I had to do a video on some drinks for the big game!
Horsefeather
- 1 1/2 oz rye whiskey
- 4 oz ginger beer
- 4 to 5 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 squeeze of lemon

Philadelphia Fish House Punch
1/4 batch as seen in video:
- 2 oz sugar
- 1 lemon, peeled and peels reserved
- 8 oz black tea
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 8 oz Jamaican rum
- 4 oz cognac/brandy
- 1 oz peach liqueur
Full batch:
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 lemons, peeled and peels reserved
- 4 cups black tea
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 4 cups Jamaican rum,
- 2 cups cognac/brandy
- 1/2 cup peach liqueur
Combine sugar and lemon peels in bowl and allow to sit for 2 hours or overnight. When preparing to serve, add tea to bowl to help dissolve any remaining sugar and pour into large punch bowl. Add remaining ingredients to punch bowl and stir to combine. Keep chilled with large block of ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and allow guests to serve themselves!
