Let's face it, the global coronavirus pandemic is just one more reason why we could use an escape from reality. Our latest video is an tropical escape in a glass. Created by Natalie Migliarini over at Beautiful Booze, this a rum based riff on the classic Clover Club. Made with an egg white and sweet lemon curd, the rich and creamy texture of this drink is the real star of the show. I really enjoy this one and I'm sure you will too!

CARIBBEAN CLUB - Created by Natalie Migliarini
- 2oz white rum
- 1/2oz lemon curd
- 1/2oz lemon juice
- 1/2oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white

Add all ingredients to shaker tin and "dry shake" without ice to aerate and froth egg white. Add ice to shaker and shake again. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with three raspberries on a cocktail pick.
