The origins of the Southside cocktail are in dispute, but regardless of where it came from, it's a delicious and refreshing beverage that anyone can make at home.
Southside
2oz Gin
3/4oz lime juice
3/4oz simple syrup
1 dash Angostura
5 mint leaves
- Muddle mint in shaker
- Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
- Double strain into glass and garnish with additional mint leaf
Enjoy!
