This track is the second collaboration between Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson, who both co-wrote and recorded it for Sir Paul's 1983 album, "Pipes of Peace"; their first collab was the #1 hit, "Say Say Say" that also appears in the album. I have to admit I like "The Man" more than "Say Say Say" though, and it's one of those songs that I thought deserved a single release--too bad it wasn't released as a single, as I think it would've been another hit.
