This is a simple 5-step approach to the one-arm push-up. It first uses leverage changes to gradually get lower to the ground, eventually reaching shin-height OAPs. Then you work on assisted OAPs, which allow you to use various amounts of assistance from the non-working arm. Once you can do 5 reps with very little (almost no) assistance, then you're ready to go for your first OAP!
