A short video to discuss some of the latest changes in parkrunworld. No more parkrun texts, and major changes to the parkrun milestones! From September there will be a parkrun milestone t-shirt every 100 parkruns. As someone due to run her 800th parkrun in September then this makes me very excited indeed! But more importantly, it has made Poppy more motivated to get to 300 parkruns and that makes my heart so happy!

I have been surprised at some of the comments about this change. To me it's such a positive change, but I am genuinely interested in how others feel so please do share your opinion in the comments and let me know your thoughts.

Huge thanks as always to the wonderful Potternewton parkrun. Super hilly, but super beautiful too.
