Villagers in the town of Meluza are executed in one of the worst massacres of the war.

June 3, 1957 FLN guerrilla terrorists enter the town of Meluza and systematically execute every person over the age of 15 via firing range. It was one of the bloodiest massacres of the Algerian War.
