How to make Lemon Chicken in a parmesan cream sauce, it's really good! See description below video for recipe.
Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breats
salt/pepper/all purpose flour
4 Tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves
4 teaspoons vermouth or more
4 teaspoons lemon juice or more to taste
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan, more or less
fresh parsley if desired
Cut chicken into slices or strips of the same size.
Salt, pepper and flour the chicken.
Heat your pan with 1/2 stick butter and the garlic.
When the pan is getting hot add the chicken and brown on 2 sides.
Remove garlic cloves and chicken into a baking dish.
I used an 8 X 11 baking dish.
Deglaze your hot pan with the vermouth and lemon juice.
Add your cream and lemon zest, cook until a bit thick to your liking.
Taste for salt.
Pour sauce over chicken and top with some parmesan.
Bake 30 minutes @ 350F
If you use a lot of parmesan, you can reduce your salt in the cream sauce.
