KULT News conducted a First Amendment audit at a DMV in Lexington, KY on Aug. 31, 2023 and what we encountered was horrifying.
This one is a must see! Anyone that watches this audit and isn’t disturbed by the conduct of the police has a screw loose.

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
