KULT News paid a visit to the Dana G. “Buck” Rinehart Public Utilities Complex in Columbus, OH on Sept. 14, 2023 and we found resistance to a free press right at the front gate.

When we got inside the complex and parked in visitor parking we were greeted by Security Specialist Darius P******. Darius called the police on us and his education on the First Amendment began.
We only received one threat of a lawsuit this day so I feel like we’re slacking.

Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but with very few, when you are in public, if you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.)
