@dadcars got in touch with me ahead of Shedfest 2024 to ask if I would be able to put together a slot car replica of @AutoalexCars MX-5 Phil. The only problem was I had 10 days to have it ready and I had never before worked on a resin slot car! The pressure was on.

Thankfully, @PendleSlotRacing supplied this superb PCS Modified Mk1 Mazda MX-5 kit with a pre-assembled chassis, taking away a bit of the legwork for me. All I needed to do was put the body together, paint it, and adorn it in those familiar decals once again. Easier said than done, however!
