Playthrough | Part 33: Relaxation & Rescue
With Peashy back, Eden is no more. Now begins Chapter 9.
Some time passes and things are just as hectic as ever. But since Peashy is now with Neptune and her friends again, Eden has no CPU. In other words, it's dead. To make matters better, the Seven Sages have disbanded as everyone else has left. Now Rei's all alone and then someone shows up. Croire. Croire isn't liking what Rei's doing. Rei wants to apologize for everything but she ain't having that. It's also here that Peashy joins our party and she's a pretty good unit by the way.
Much of our time is towards more random banter including a little bit regarding garbage Tari games that is a nod to how many Atari games ended up in a landfill. Oh, and it's here where you will need to visit some areas to get the true ending. That's later. What we are focusing on is Arfoire. Yep. Arfoire is still bitter and wants revenge. But she overhears Neptune having a disdain towards eggplants. Made better is that Neptune and IF have a bit of a spat that has her heading off. Arfoire kidnaps IF and orders her to go alone. Neptune does that and she has to fight against Eggplant monsters, including an Arfoire fusion of eggplant. Seriously.
The boss fight isn't difficult and if you brought the guest characters, it'll be fine. By the way, the theme is a remix of a song from the orgiinal Hyperdimension Neptunia. How's that for awesome? We take her down, save IF and she starts having a hateboner for Eggplant. I don't blame her. No way.
We'll continue in Part 34.
