Difficulty: Balanced (Normal)
We got much to do so let's do this.
For starters, we head further to reach the World Tree. The problem is that something, or rather, someone is blocking our way. Cherrymon's blocking our path so we got to take the fight to him. Cherrymon is a Virus-type so bring in some Vaccines and you'll do wonders against him. After beating him, we keep moving only to find some titans at the world tree itself. They're mostly devouring the sap. This angers Sirenmon.
So now we got to fight Okuwamon and a flock of Kuwagamon. Since they are all Virus-types, just use Vaccines to bring the pain. But you'll be up against a whole lot so you need to strike hard. It'll also bring out a Snimon & Sunflowmon. Snimon's a Vaccine so use Data while Sunflowmon is Data so use Virus. Having the right types can help a lot. After they are dealt with, they retreat. But they are hit with bad news. Sirenmon can't hear the voice of the World Tree. To make matters worse, the World Tree's power weakens. Bacchusmon shows up. The flow of the Current had been altered. If it's altered, it can lead to problems. Made worse is that a strange substance was added. Turns out they were injecting something.
Bacchusmon is back to drinking again. But he says that they should gather everyone, as they are in high alert. As for us, we need to deliver a message to Junomon. The World Tree had been attacked. War is inevitable. We'll take care of that in a bit so we spend the rest of our time completing side missions. Getting them done is vital if we are going to raise our agent rank.
Part 18 is where the end if near. The beginning of the end approaches.
