This is a different sort of game I would get to play today and I figure I would show it off because why not. This is R-Type Tactics I & II Cosmos.
This game is a very different sort. Instead of it being a shoot-em up like in other R-Type games, this is a tactical strategy game. You play the role of a captain that must order a fleet of ships to take down enemies all while planning things strategically. It's not the easy thing as you have to strategize your attacks especially if you want to charge up a powerful laser blast. It's a lot of work but it's not pretty. Not pretty at all.
I cover the first two missions but to be honest, this game can be a bit slow so you really need to plan your moves carefully. Seriously.
