I know! Its not Valentines Day anymore! I filmed this video for you guys a while back, but my computer stopped working, and I wasn't able to edit it. I couldn't waste this video, so i still decided to post it! You can make these desserts for any occasion or holiday. Hope you enjoy!

CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES
Ingredients:
Strawberries
Chocolate Candy Melts, Coating Chocolate, Chocolate Chips (tempered)
White Chocolate (for drizzle)
Hazelnuts (decoration)
Mini Chocolate Chips (decoration)
Directions:
Wash and dry your strawberries. An easy tip to getting the perfect strawberries are to use skewers! Poke your skewer into your strawberry, and dip it into your melted chocolate. Place it on a parchment paper to dry. Add the chocolate chips and hazelnuts before it dries. For the drizzle, allow the chocolate strawberry to dry, and then drizzle your white chocolate on top using a pastry bag.
RED VELVET MUDDY BUDDY
Ingredients:
5 cups Chex Cereal (split into 21/2 cups each)
6oz White Chocolate
6oz Milk Chocolate
1 Cup Red Velvet Cake Mix (Split into 1/2 cup each)
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar (Split into 1/4 cup each)
1 Cup M&Ms
Directions:
Split your Chex cereal because you will be making two flavors. First will be white chocolate. Place 21/2 cups Chex in a bowl. Melt white chocolate and add it into your bowl. Mix until all the pieces are coated. Leave the bowl aside, and in a ziplock bag add 1/2 cup red velvet cake mix, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Shake those to combine, and then add in the coated cereal. Shake the bag until all the cereal is coated, and is somewhat dry. Pour out the cereal onto a baking pan, and allow it to completely dry.
