I used a vanilla cake, and cream cheese frosting.
Graham Crust Crumbs
Ingredients:
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup milk powder
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup heavy cream
Directions:
In a medium bowl, stir together the graham crumbs, milk powder, sugar and salt. In a small bowl, whisk together the butter and heavy cream, then pour over the dry ingredients. Using a fork, toss the mixture to ensure that it is evenly moistened and forming small clusters.
Strawberry Filling
2 1⁄2 cups coarsely chopped hulled strawberries
1⁄2 cup sugar
2 1⁄2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a heavy small sauce pan, stirring constantly and crushing berries slightly with back of spoon. Boil 2 minutes to thicken, stirring constantly (mixture will be slightly chunky). Pour into bowl and cool completely.
White Chocolate Ganache
Soft icing and pourable glaze: 1:2, one part chocolate to two parts cream. Add pink food coloring
