I hate hand sewing crochet pieces together so my absolute favorite way to join crochet pieces together is with the Pull Loop Through Join, aka the PLT Join, and it adds a twisted detail on the fabric that I love.
When it comes to joining multiple squares together in a larger project, like a blanket, throw pillow or table runner to name a few, my go to is to combine the PLT Join with the Continuous Join, which means two ends to weave in only!
Tie on at the beginning, crochet join the squares together moving in a sideways "S" manner all the way to the top and then after joining, you fasten off (or add additional rounds).
Now that I have 99 mosaic crochet squares complete, I am going to join them together to create a blanket in a checkerboard pattern.
