We've finished crocheting the Terran Afghan Square, and now it is about time to weave in the ends.
✨️ You can crochet your own square or see other projects in my Terran series, #elkccycc_terran
✨️ You will also love my Maddie series, which uses this same exact square but crochets them together into larger projects, #elkccycc_maddie
❤️ After you slip stitch join the last stitch, fasten off with a tail end long enough you can comfortable weave in.
❤️ Insert your hook into the loop of your last stitch and pull up on it to break the loop.
❤️ From the back side of the square, insert your crochet hook into the same stitch you slip stitched to, yarn over with the tail end and pull it through to bring it to the back side with the rest of the ends.
❤️ Thread your tapestry needle - I'm starting with the tail end from the center.
✨️ I like to squish the tail end in between my thumb and index finger, then bring the eye of my needle right up to where the tail end will pop out from. I'll start releasing the tail end while pressing the eye of the needle down, capturing all the little strands in the eye. When I have enough of the tail end poking through, then I'll pull it the rest of the way through with my fingers.

🧶 For this square, I am using Lion Brand Pound of Love that we carry in our yarn shop, YarnCraftsandCoffee.com, and a H8/5mm crochet hook that I custom ordered from SiennasBowtique on Etsy, but you can use any yarn with the respective size crochet hook.
