As an alternative to my blanket crochet a long, I've also started one for a rectangle shawl in the same sampler style fashion.

It starts with a simple and sweet half double crochet section. I just love the texture of the fabric from working in the turned rows 😍

And I'm a little behind in posting, the instructions for the second section featuring a fun and easy textured pattern are up too!
