There is a Secret Stealth Ring in Kingdom Come: Deliverance with the best stats in the game at 0/0/0 Visibility/Conspicuousness/Noise. It is only obtainable during the side quest "Besmirched" by passing a level 9 intimidation check from a charcoal burner in a black and yellow hood. It can't be pickpocketed or looted, and he isn't essential for completing the quest so this powerful ring is easy to miss.
