Captain Jan Zizka has a unique shield in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. It is blue with a black boarder inscribed with a Latin phrase, and painted with a white goat head.
His mace is also unique. It has the same item description as the Flanged mace, but with unique art. It is identical to Canker's mace in appearance, but with slightly better stats.
From my testing they can currently only be acquired during the quest "The Italian Job", when the walls are under siege. It was formerly possible to get it earlier, for example, during the battle of Nebakov fortress.
