To keep the bath towel in The Wither 3: Wild Hunt, drop it on the ground as you get dressed in Vizima. If it is still in your inventory when you talk to the Chamberlin it will be removed so don't pick it up until after you learn how to bow, but before you leave the changing room. Then beat the game!
