Drinking can be power leveled during certain quests, like "Invaders", in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. Henry is scripted to be drunk, so drinking dose NOT increase drunkenness to the point of unconsciousness. But beware of addiction!
The easiest way to level up is by drinking Schnapps which has 20% alcohol and only +4 nourishment. Digestive Potion (or Lepiota mushrooms) will lower nourishment so you can keep drinking. Hair of the Dog potion will lower drunkenness and can remove a Hangover.
