Plague Hood (Plague Mask), is a new clothing item in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II for the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC. You can find the leather and rope (without stealing) in the camp above the monastery, then by going through the gardens, you can easily find herbs and the fragrant oil recipe in the library.
