Day 17 (Part 1)
It turns out the areas that Carben labeled led to orbs. Zelda noticed the first one. I tried shooting it with my cannon but nothing happened. Ferrus was nearby and suggested trying a loud noise. I tried blowing my train whistle and the orb changed from red to blue!
We found the other orbs along the tracks and changed them to blue. Right when the last one changed to blue, a large stone fish appeared out of the sea. A passage was inside the fish's mouth and it led straight into the ocean. I drove the train right in and a mysterious bubble surrounded me that allowed me to breathe.
It was beautiful under the sea. I spotted the Ocean Temple immediately. It looked like an easy trip...until the armored train appeared. It wouldn't stop chasing me down! It was like it knew where I was going. I managed to slow it down with my cannon, but I knew it wouldn't leave me alone until I was safe inside the Ocean Temple. It didn't help that a dark train appeared as well.
With some swift navigating, Zelda and I barely made it into the Ocean Temple. I'm not going back outside until this temple is cleansed.
This temple was bigger than the Snow Temple! There was also hardly any water here. Zelda found that strange. Maybe the water was at the top? I'm not sure.
As we explored the temple, we ran into a monster with a massive whip. It grabbed me and wouldn't let go. I acted on instinct when it pulled me toward its massive fist. I held my sword in front of me and stabbed the monster straight through! The only thing that was left of it was its whip. I figured I should take it. Who knows? It might come in handy!
