00:00 - Failing "Boomshine Saigon" in a specific way so I have Tommy on foot but also still controlling an Angel or Freeway
02:30 - Controlling Tommy and the Angel to the location shown in the Video and then entering the Top Fun Van to begin "RC Raider Pickup"
07:05 - Breaking free from the Top Fun Van and controlling the RC Raider and Tommy to the Sunshine Auto's Safehouse
13:05 - Keeping the Garage open (with a random Vehicle plus another random Vehicle inside) and blowing up the RC Raider in the Garage to fail the Mission whilst Tommy stands EXACTLY where the Save Icon will appear
17:00 - Saving and immediately reloading to prevent a game crash
17:30 - Showing off the Unique RC Raider
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, and PC since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. It also works on Mobile, however, you MUST BE using a Controller. The Method will work WITHOUT a Controller up until the point of when you break free from the Top Fun Van. After, you CAN NOT control Tommy AND the RC Raider unless you use a Controller and do something slightly different! The exact same Method that Mobile uses is also confirmed to work on the Definitive Edition, as well, and it's the BEST possible Method to obtain the RC Raider when playing on the Definitive Edition.
Depending on Platform and Version, it WILL BE REQUIRED to have Tommy stand on the location of where the Save Icon will be as soon as the Mission fails to prevent the game from crashing! After the game saves, you also have to quickly press pause and then reload the Save or the game will crash if you're not fast enough to do this, as well! I know this is MANDATORY on PS2. Unknown about Xbox, but likely. Likely for PC. No need for Mobile and Definitive Edition. To go even further, if you play on PS4 or PCSX2 (PS2 Emulator), you DO NOT have to be standing on the Save Icon and the game WILL NOT crash after the Mission fails. Whether your Platform and Version crashes or not, it's HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to still save and reload your game after using this Method because your Angel/Freeway is still being controlled with another Tommy on it! It can drive into water or get wrecked resulting in wasting Tommy and then you have to start all over!
Note that you DO NOT HAVE TO fail "Boomshine Saigon" and can actually PASS the Mission and obtain the RC Raider at the same time, however, there are OTHER RC Vehicles that use the "Boomshine Method." If you want ALL of the RC Vehicles, you MUST fail "Boomshine Saigon" as shown in the Video.

Be careful when Tommy is near the RC Raider on foot BEFORE it's restored in the Garage. If Tommy gets too close and touches the rotors, he'll be wasted and you'll have to try again!
The game WILL CRASH on ALL Platforms and Versions if you try and enter the RC Raider EXCEPT FOR the Definitive Edition. The Garage Version of the RC Raider is just a Trophy to admire unless you play on Definitive Edition where the opening/closing door animations done on the RC Raider will NOT crash the game!
By obtaining the RC Raider with the Method shown in the Video, you will get TWO Mission Attempts. One for failing "Boomshine Saigon" and the second one for failing "RC Raider Pickup." With that said, if you pass "RC Raider Pickup" at least once BEFORE using this Method, then you can completely AVOID that Mission Attempt entirely!
