GTA VC (Mobile): Non-Enterable Unique RC Raider Pr0jek - 2020-11-18 | (Mobile Only) (Require a controller)Requirements:-"Boomshine Saigon" not yet completed-"Sunshine Auto" bought with a garage with 1 vehicle -A controller (Bluetooth or wired is fine) Before starting this, you will need the mission "Boomshine Saigon" on your Map in order to perform this trick with the Bike. Just park a Freeway or Angel near the Pink Marker and when Tommy exits the Bike, just quickly hop right back onto it and press "Accelerate" and lean Tommy forward before the Cutscene takes place (This works quite consistently for me on Mobile). If done properly, you will be controlling both the Patriot and the Bike after the Cutscene. Drive the bike to the Leaf Links bridge and press "Exit vehicle" so Tommy can be teleported back to the Patriot, after that just hold down the "Handbrake" button on your controller (to prevent the Angel/Freeway from driving off and stay in the same position) and run to it. Don't even care about failing "Boomshine Saigon" as it will automatically fail itself after a while anyway. When you arrive at your bike, you can either jump onto the Bike and carefully control it to the "RC Raider Pickup" Side Mission or can just drive the bike off first then run to it while holding down the "Handbrake" button like I did. (But if you choose to ride on top of the Bike, do not drive too fast or you will lose all your Health and Armor)When you reach the "RC Raider Pickup" side mission, park the Bike around the general location like I did and head over to the Van to start the Mission. Just skip the Cutscene and fly the RC Raider forward. What will happen is you will notice Tommy's Armor going down a bit. This is because he has broken free of inside the Van when you accelerated the Bike into the wall and Tommy fell off. But for some reason Tommy can not be controlled by any means even with a Controller (I am playing on Android version but I've seen people reported that Tommy can not be controlled on iOS version too) but you can still press the "Enter/Exit vehicle" on your Controller to get Tommy to move and enter any vehicle (For some strange reason pressing the "Enter/Exit vehicle" on a controller does not fail the mission in mobile version but pressing the on-screen does). With that said, you should know that your Bike is still being controlled all while you are doing this. That means, it CAN drive into the water or get damaged too much. If any of these things happen, you'll have to start over. You'll know when Tommy enters the water since you won't be able to move and he'll be stuck in place with a bunch of water droplets splashing on the screen.Now control the bike over to Tommy and press the "Enter vehicle" button on your controller so Tommy can hop on it (For some strange reason pressing the "Enter/Exit vehicle" on a controller does not fail the mission in mobile version but pressing the on-screen does). After Tommy hopped onto the bike, carefully control both the RC Raider and Tommy back to the Sunshine Auto***Make sure you have any random vehicle you don't care about inside the Garage like I show so the Garage door close immediately when the RC Raider is inside it***After reaching the Sunshine Auto, using Tommy on his bike to open any of the four garage you desired to put the RC Raider in (make sure it already has a random vehicle inside it so the Garage close the moment the RC Raider is inside it). Fly the RC Raider into the garage and press "Fire weapon/Explode RC" on your controller to fail the mission and the garage will immediately close its door and restore the RC Raider (you don't need to press that button the moment the garage door close, just press it whenever you like and the RC Raider would still be restored)After the mission has failed, get off from the bike to confirm if the RC Raider has been restored by the garage. And DO NOT GET BACK ON THE BIKE, because if Tommy hop back onto it, the game will crash (but even if the game crash you can still load the autosave so it's fine)Note that this particular RC Raider can *not* be driven and if you try and enter it, the game will crash when the opening door animation begins. There is a way to get an RC Raider that you can drive, but it adds Blips on the Radar.I used some part of Lethal Vaccine's description of his RC Raider video on PS2 because it's well written and explained what I could not do myself with my terrible English

I'm quite curious if this will work on Definitive Edition though and would very much appreciate it if any of you could test this exploit on that version)(THIS EXPLOIT DOESN'T WORK ON PC, PC2 AND ORIGINAL XBOX) Before you ask me down the comment section why do you need to get 6 stars wanted level before Gray import, well it's pretty much so you can get the FBI Rancher and the Rhino early to convert them to FP/EP with the FP/EP conversion found in Gray Imports, which makes them special and in the case of the Rhino, pretty much invincible. How to do it? Well you just need to activate a Gang war and complete/fail it (your choice). It doesn't matter whether you start a Gang war in Doberman like I did or out in free roam. It's that simple. The reason why this only work for the 2013 Remastered version (Currently only Mobile is confirmed to work, but I can't see why WinStore, PS3/Xbox 360 wouldn't) might be because War Drum Studio (Currently known as Grove Street Games) screwed up the freeze wanted level command for Gang war, which instead of freezing the wanted level and stop spawning new cops when a Gang war is happening, the wanted level in the 2013 Remastered just straight up reset it to 0 and screwed with the wanted level cap. After that you need to navigate to Little Havana's Pay'n Spray (good luck doing that, as the world is unloaded and the radar is completely blank except some icons, don't try to press the radar either as it will crash the game) (Pro tips: keep the "N" icon at 6 o'clock on the radar as you drive and you will eventually get to the loaded area of Little Havana) After you have sprayed the Bloodring Banger you will be able to enter/exit it normally, so you can try to reload the game world by enter/exit any interior (I chose Robina cafe because I haven't passed The Job yet). And voila! You can now temporarily play with the special Strong/Self Flip Bloodring Banger (Oceanic variant) until you fail "Bloodring" by suicide Special Properties fact: 1: Although the "Strong" name implied that it's similars to Double Damage (DD) or Triple Damage (TD) vehicles, it is completely different from these two because the "Strong" name is referencing to its ability to take a lot more crash damage than other vehicles. GTA VC (Mobile): Non-Enterable Unique RC Goblin Pr0jek - 2021-08-23 | (Mobile Only) (Require a controller)Requirements:-"Boomshine Saigon" not yet completed-Any garage (Preferably Ocean Beach safehouse's)-A controller (Bluetooth or wired is fine) Before starting this, you will need the mission "Boomshine Saigon" on your Map in order to perform this trick with the Bike. Just park a Freeway or Angel near the Pink Marker and when Tommy exits the Bike, just quickly hop right back onto it and press "Accelerate" and lean Tommy forward before the Cutscene takes place (This works quite consistently for me on Mobile). If done properly, you will be controlling both the Patriot and the Bike after the Cutscene. Drive the bike to the Leaf Links bridge and press "Exit vehicle" so Tommy can be teleported back to the Patriot, after that just hold down the "Handbrake" button on your controller (to prevent the Angel/Freeway from driving off and stay in the same position) and run to it. Don't even care about failing "Boomshine Saigon" as it will automatically fail itself after a while anyway. When you arrive at your bike, you can either jump onto the Bike and carefully control it to the "Demolition Man" mission or can just drive the bike off first then run to it while holding down the "Handbrake" button like I did. (But if you choose to ride on top of the Bike, do not drive too fast or you will lose all your Health and Armor)When you reach the "Demolition Man" mission, park the Bike around the general location like I did and head over to the marker to start the Mission. Just skip the Cutscene, get into the Van and fly the RC Goblin forward. What will happen is you will notice Tommy's Armor going down a bit. This is because he has broken free of inside the Van when you accelerated the Bike into the wall and Tommy fell off. But for some reason Tommy can not be controlled by any means even with a Controller (I am playing on Android version but I've seen people reported that Tommy can not be controlled on iOS version too) but you can still press the "Enter/Exit vehicle" on your Controller to get Tommy to move and enter any vehicle (For some strange reason pressing the "Enter/Exit vehicle" on a controller does not fail the mission in mobile version but pressing the on-screen does). With that said, you should know that your Bike is still being controlled all while you are doing this. That means, it CAN drive into the water or get damaged too much. If any of these things happen, you'll have to start over. You'll know when Tommy enters the water since you won't be able to move and he'll be stuck in place with a bunch of water droplets splashing on the screen.Now control the bike over to Tommy and press the "Enter vehicle" button on your controller so Tommy can hop on it (For some strange reason pressing the "Enter/Exit vehicle" on a controller does not fail the mission in mobile version but pressing the on-screen does). After Tommy hopped onto the bike, carefully control both the RC Goblin and Tommy back to your desired garageAfter reaching the garage , using Tommy on his bike to open any of the garage door you want to put the RC Goblin in. Fly the RC Goblin into the garage and scrape it to the garage wall to make it explode to fail the mission and the garage will immediately close its door and restore the RC Goblin (the garage door must be open until the mission fails)After the mission has failed, get off from the bike to confirm if the RC Goblin has been restored by the garage. And DO NOT GET BACK ON THE BIKE, because if Tommy hop back onto it, the game will crash (but even if the game crash you can still load the autosave so it's fine)Note that this particular RC Goblin can *not* be driven and if you try and enter it, the game will crash when the opening door animation begins. There is a way to get an RC Goblin that you can fly, but it adds Blips on the Radar.I used some part of Lethal Vaccine's description of his RC Raider video on PS2 because it's well written and explained what I could not do myself with my terrible EnglishI've added a "controller camera" so you would have an easier time understand the wall of text in the description. It will disappear forever once you pick it up.The method is simple, just start Back Alley Brawl with OM0 and proceed until the part when the game tells you to pick the phone up after you killed Leo. After that just get in a Firetruck, but here's the important part: ***you need to start Firefighter while driving the Firetruck at max speed to properly kill the Back Alley Brawl script***, otherwise Tommy will suddenly lose all health, pulled out of the Firetruck and he will be wasted, as shown in this video: youtu.be/W9wZb9emChMBut if you do it properly, the game will give you a 50$ reward, then you just need to get out of the Firetruck to fail it and cancel all the running scripts. You can keep this telephone pickup forever even after 100% but only if you don't pick it up.
GTA VC (Mobile): FP/EP Players Hotring Racer Pr0jek - 2021-01-12 | Reupload with better quality and actual description (Mobile Only)*IMPORTANT NOTE: This vehicle is also obtainable on other platforms (i.e all consoles version and PC) but because the mobile version has a slightly different way to setup Ammunation menu since it utilize the autosave feature which is exclusive for the mobile version of Vice City. So this video is only for mobile players who wish to obtain the FP/EP Player's Hotring for the mobile version of Vice City. For players on other platforms, if I can find any suitable video I will update it immediately via the pinned comment* First you will need to save the Ammunation menu with you so you can obtain this FP/EP Player's Hotring from the Hotring stadium event For mobile players saving the Ammunation menu is very easy, just simply walk into the pink marker at Downtown Ammunation. Once you see the Ammunation menu that lets you buy weapons, exit the Vice City app to the multitasking menu and open it back, or you can slide the phone's notification menu down. The reason for doing this is because it will create an autosave that you can load back whenever you want. After you resumed back to the game just exit the Ammunation menu, then load the autosave you have just created earlier, and when you see the third person camera has returned behind Tommy but the Ammunation menu is still active, you have successfully saved the Ammunation menu which is needed to get the FP/EP Player's Hotring. Now you need to get to the Hyman stadium to start the Hotring stadium mission if it's available or if it's not, go to the Hyman Condo safehouse and save the game until the mission is available. *IMPORTANT: You will need to hold down the Sprint/Accelerate button at all times to be able to turn left/right or enter vehicles without getting teleport back to the Ammunation. If you want to exit vehicles with the Ammunation menu still active, just quickly press the Sprint/Accelerate button then Enter/Exit Vehicles button* Now all you have to do is start the Hotring stadium mission and when the game allow you to drive the Player's Hotring after the first cutscene, just simply press the Enter/Exit button to get teleport back to the Downtown Ammunation. Since this particular Ammunition has an interior for the Rifle Range side mission, you can just run into it to restore the normal vision back. After doing so just drive the FP/EP Player's Hotring back to your desired garage and blow it up to fail the Hotring stadium mission. After you have been teleport back to the Hyman Stadium, go back to the garage you chose to store the FP/EP Player's Hotring to confirm it and it's done!
