00:00 - Passing "Check out at the Check In" whilst obtaining the EC/EC2 (Exclusive Color and Exclusive Secondary Color) Black Admiral

This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
If you're playing the Definitive Edition on Version 1.02 or below, the Admiral featured in the Mission will be Black as it should be. However, if you're on Version 1.03 or higher, the Admiral will actually spawn in Traffic Default Colors and APPEAR to not be special. If you were to obtain one of these and allow the Garage to close down on it, you'd see something very bizarre take place. The Traffic Default Colored Admiral will be some kind of Bright Neon Green or Hot Pink Color! Both Colors would be EC/EC2, but I'd imagine this is some kind of BUG and this is the side effect caused by it! Even if you obtain the EC/EC2 Admiral on Patch 1.02 and below and have it Black and then update your game to 1.03 and above, the same thing would happen and your EC/EC2 Admiral will not be Black anymore!
Depending on which Platform and Version you are playing on, the EC/EC2 Admiral can actually spawn and appear in a different location during the Mission! If your Platform and Version doesn't spawn the EC/EC2 Admiral in the spot you see in the Video, it will be inside of the parking lot just a little north east. There will actually be TWO EC/EC2 Admiral's that will come after you in this case instead of just the one like shown in the Video. I recall this happening on Mobile and the Definitive Edition.
I recommend obtaining THIS particular EC/EC2 Admiral over the second instance because there is only one Special Vehicle to focus on. The second instance of the EC/EC2 Admiral will have two other Special Vehicles to focus on all while obtaining the EC/EC2 Admiral.
Fun Fact - The EC/EC2 Admiral is also Heavy before storing it in the Garage. This Property is removed after the Garage closes down on it. The Heavy Property is only retainable by a Garage in GTA Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories!
I am recording this Video on PCSX2 Version 1.6.0. Game Version is SLUS-20552 (Version 1.40) of GTA Vice City for PS2.
