This Method will ONLY WORK on the JAPANESE PC Version because it's the ONLY PLATFORM and VERSION that has this Voodoo with the FP Property! This DOES NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, PC (Non-Japanese), Mobile, or Definitive Edition!
For whatever reason, the Voodoo does not have the FP Property when playing on the Japanese PS2 Versions like the Stretch! There's a Japanese Xbox Version 1.00, however, it's unknown if the Voodoo would be FP on that Platform and Version. It's still rather doubtful.
I am recording this Video on the Japanese PC Version. Game Version is Version 1.0 of GTA Vice City for PC.
