00:00 - Passing "High Noon" whilst obtaining the AP/EC2 (All Proof and Exclusive Secondary Color) Black Buffalo
05:00 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP/EC2 Buffalo
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, and Mobile since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. It also works on the Definitive Edition, using a slightly different Method.
This is the new and improved, easier, optimized Method. It's not much different than before, only that you won't need a Jetpack and can jack the Buffalo from Pulaski much easier. All you have to do is aim some kind of Weapon at him like shown in the Video. He will enter the Buffalo and drive forward a bit, and then exit. Just take it and the rest of the Method is the same. I have no clue why this even happens in the first place, but it does. Unfortunately, it will only happen if you are using a Controller or have Controls that allow you to Lock On Auto Aim.
You won't NEED the Sawn-Off Shotgun to get the Buffalo out of the water, but it will obviously help and make things much quicker in the process.
Note that there is actually another AP Buffalo, however, it's INFERIOR because it's not EC2, like this Buffalo. It's featured in the Mission right before this one called "Misappropriation." The EC2 on this Buffalo can not be seen in-game and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. Visually in-game, it will look like any ordinary Buffalo.
