This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
If you wanted to, you could use a Grove Street Gang Member to open the locked Pony without having to do the dancing part of the Mission, thus quicker to obtain this BUT then you would have a Friendly Gang Member Kill in your Stats. Sometimes this is NEEDED, but other times not and in this case, even though it's quicker to obtain it, I do NOT recommend doing that!
The EM of the Pony is the Off-Road Tires! Under normal circumstances, you can't drive any Pony into a Mod Garage and give it Off-Road Tires!
The EC2 on this Pony can not be seen in-game and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. Visually in-game, it will look like any ordinary Pony.
I am recording this Video on PCSX2 Version 1.6.0. Game Version is SLUS-20946 (Version 1.03) of GTA San Andreas for PS2.
