00:00 - Passing "Interdiction" whilst obtaining the EC/EC2 (Exclusive Color and Exclusive Secondary Color) Black Maverick

This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
Before you begin, you're going to need a Towtruck, a Minigun with some ammo, and enough money to buy the Verdant Meadows Airstrip.
Don't spam the Minigun too much when shooting at the Black Maverick's. You want to put as few bullets into them as possible, but enough so you see what happens in the Video. Notice how they are not actually being destroyed and blown up and are coming down to the ground and staying in tact. You want to do this and try and have at least one Black Maverick land on the ground and STOP SPINNING. If they land and continue to spin in circles, this means you can not tow these and they can't be obtained!
Note that when a Black Maverick lands on the TOP of the mountain (which you see in the Video), there's actually a good chance it despawns after the Cutscene is over. I got lucky in this case and it seems there is about a 50/50 chance for that to happen. When a Maverick falls to the ground and lands BELOW the top of the mountain, this is where they remain 100% of the time, even after the Cutscene is over.
Towing the Maverick all over the place is very tricky because it's in very low health at this stage and the dumb traffic tends to screw things up in the process by ramming the back of the Maverick and either getting it to explode or unhook from the Towtruck. Be very careful and take your time!
The EC2 on the Maverick is VISIBLE. The Secondary Color is the Stripe of the Maverick.
