Time Stamps:
00:00 - Failing "T-Bone Mendez" whilst obtaining the AP (All Proof) FCR-900
14:35 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP FCR-900
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. I don't really recommend using this Method OTHER THAN the Definitive Edition. Everywhere else can easily just use the Sawn-Off Shotguns to shoot it back to a Garage while the Definitive Edition HAS TO USE this Method because nothing will move a Wreck that is glued to the ground.
Pretty standard Method, until a bunch of Peds decide to spawn in front of you! That's probably the worst part about this Method. They are ALWAYS in the way and ALWAYS slow the Fire Truck down so it never has enough speed to smash any of these Vehicles away with authority, unless you just get lucky! As you can see, when I finally did manage to smash the AP FCR-900 away from the Cutscene, I hit it so hard it went flying AND there were TWO POLES that seemed to just not spawn in, the poles in which my Fire Truck must of hit on all previous attempts when I was launching the Fire Truck off the ledge. In my opinion, there's NO WAY to smash the FCR-900 away from the area in ONE Fire Truck. I'd say TWO is the minimum, but it'll likely take a handful more than that!
It's NOT POSSIBLE to obtain the AP FCR-900 together with the AP Boxville and pass the Mission at the same time. If you use the AP Boxville Method and then pass the Mission while the AP FCR-900 is in water, and right in front of your view, it still will always vanish after passing. It's only possible with Mission Failure, as the Video shows, while the AP Boxville alone is obtainable by passing the Mission, of course.
You will NEED a Sniper Rifle and a Satchel Charge before you begin!
The FCR-900's featured in the Mission have Traffic Default Colors and change upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
