01:20 - Entering the Broadway, activating Pimping, and releasing the Phone Call
02:30 - Entering LS Ticket Booth, waiting for Phone to ring, holding Call, and buying Ticket to LV
02:55 - Waiting for Pimping to fail, jumping out of the Plane holding the Call, and reversing to the Pizza Stack
04:35 - Entering the Pizza Stack holding the Call and buying the $10 meal waiting for the Flight to end
05:30 - Releasing the Call when CJ is on foot and finding my way to the Atrium to regain normal view of the game world
11:20 - Running on foot to the LS Stadium
13:30 - Placing Satchel Charges near the Red Marker and blowing CJ up into it starting "8-Track" at the same time
13:45 - Quickly reviving CJ by buying the $10 meal a few times and blowing up the nearby Unique Hotring Racer A
14:15 - Getting the wreck of the Unique Hotring Racer A together with the Unique Hotring Racer B back to the Doherty Garage

This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, and PC since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. It MIGHT work on Mobile, provided you're using a Controller as it's the only way you can hold a Phone Call. Touch Screens won't work. I can't confirm/deny, it's what I hear. Before you begin, you will need a HIGH PRIORITY Phone Call, a handful of Satchel Charges, tons of Sawn-Off Shotgun ammo, and it would be a good idea to pass 8-Track and Pimping so these things won't add any extra Mission Attempts to the Stats.
IMPORTANT - Confirmed on PS2 Version 1.03 and MAYBE other Platforms/Versions, you can enter the Atrium as I shown in the Video to get the normal view back, HOWEVER, upon trying to begin 8-Track, it's possible the game crashes! To avoid this, instead of going to the Atrium, you would want to date Denise on foot and after the Date ends, the normal view of the game world will come back and the game will NOT crash at 8-Track. If you enter another Interior, like a Binco Clothes Shop, it's been said the game can crash, as well!
When you blow CJ up and begin 8-Track, a Death does NOT register in the Stats!
There is MANY High Priority Phone Calls that can be used throughout the Story. For the Guide, I am showing this Video toward the end, before "End of the Line" because as far as I know, this will be the last HIGH PRIORITY Phone Call CJ will get and be able to use OM0 and Call Holding Methods. In fact, I am not sure if these could be obtained after 100%, for instance, despite Calls existing from either Catalina OR the Casino Debt Calls OR Girlfriend Calls. To avoid a headache, I recommend obtaining these Hotring Racer's any time you unlock Las Venturas and BEFORE End of the Line. By doing it in Las Venturas means you'll have ALL possible storage space in the game by then, everything unlocked, and plenty of High Priority Phone Calls. If you want to use The Meat Business to convert both of these Hotring Racer's into NE, then you will also want to obtain these before The Meat Business in Las Venturas, of course.
After spawning back in Los Santos at the Stadium, be sure to go to San Fierro and open and close the Garage a couple of times to confirm both Hotring Racer's A and B are inside of there and restored properly. If you would just go and save, reload, and go check on them, they would vanish.
