This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
Interestingly enough, when you are playing the Definitive Edition on Patch 1.03 or higher, the Bobcat will NOT be changed and appear as it SHOULD in the Mission and after storing it in the Garage!
Fun Fact - This Mission also features a Heavy Securicar. Unfortunately, it's unobtainable. The Heavy Property is removed after the Garage closes down on it. The Heavy Property is only retainable by a Garage in GTA Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories! You can only TEMPORARILY obtain the Heavy Securicar and drive it around for fun, as shown here - youtube.com/watch?v=iVXOEXB5kUE
