This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. Note that on Mobile and the Definitive Edition, you can actually obtain the EC2 Midnight Blue Remington in AP form which you can see here - youtube.com/watch?v=47w6FuVJG48 and here - youtube.com/watch?v=Wi0gJz4W31s
You can obtain one at a time, or both at the same time. Both are obtained in the Video. Failing this Mission BEFORE passing it will NOT have any effect on the Stats. This Side Mission never adds Mission Attempts to the Stats.
The Lowrider Challenge unlocks after passing the Story Mission "Cesar Vialpando" and is always available afterward. Obtaining these EC2 Remington's BEFORE "Gray Imports" is possible in case you want to convert them to EP/FP/EC2 Remington's, thus making them one time only.
There is an INFERIOR AP Conversion for LOWRIDER'S ONLY found in this Side Mission and it'll require OM0. In case you want to see it done, check this Video - youtube.com/watch?v=pl_REhuI7ZI
The EC2 on these Remington's is VISIBLE by the Interior.
Fun Fact - Believe or it not, the Primary Color of the Remington in this Mission is "White" while the Remington in "High Stakes, Low Rider" has a Primary "Light Blue Grey" Color. Neither of the Primary Colors are special, but I wanted to point that out despite both having the EC2 Black interior.
