04:20 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP/EC2 Admiral
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
You will need an M4 (other weapons might work, but nobody tested how many bullets/damage, etc) and a Spray Can. M4 is easily found in the Los Santos Airport and the Spray Can is upstairs in CJ's House in Grove Street.
The goal is to put exactly 33 bullets into Sweet, then, use the Spray Can to finish him off whilst activating the Cutscene. This is easier said than done, though. It may look very easy in the Video, but it could take several attempts before succeeding. It's all down to timing of when things occur. After the Mission fails, you want to turn your camera as quickly over to Kane's AP/EC2 Admiral, or it vanishes! CJ is always at some awkward angle after the Mission fails, so turning the camera can be tricky. I barely do it properly in the Video, but still succeed.
If for whatever reason this isn't working for you, you can always use the older, alternative Method. It's a bit more annoying since you'll need a Packer, but it works and that is all that matters. See that here - youtube.com/watch?v=z8DF9dFmXEk

In total, there is three AP Admiral's to exist in San Andreas that are obtainable. Two are from this Mission, and later on, another AP/EC2 Admiral that has a DIFFERENT special EC2. The best of these three is the one that comes up later on in Las Venturas from "You've Had Your Chips" because you can PASS the Mission (and much easier, new Method) and obtain it at the same time. These other Admiral's require Mission Failures AND would make you lose a space for ANOTHER Special Vehicle coming up soon in Los Santos. To maximize storage space and obtain as many Special Vehicles in the SAME Save File, it's best to not bother with these Admiral's and get the one later on!

The EC2 on this Admiral can not be seen in-game and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. Visually in-game, it will look like any ordinary Admiral.
