Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA IV! This Video will show you how to obtain the NE (No Extra) Bobcat from "Union Drive" with passing the Mission.

It's interchangeable across GTA IV, TLaD, and TBoGT and the same rules apply for each game. This file was heavily used to help find out all the Special Vehicles in the game and determine exactly why they are special.

***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA IV. Know that if you want to, you can also pass this Mission and obtain the NE Bobcat along with the Lustered SuperGT at the same time. Simply reach the SuperGT and then double drive or push one of the Vehicles back to a Parking Space and then drive the other one into the Yellow Marker to pass the Mission and then take the second Vehicle back to a Parking Space. The only reason I didn't show that in this Video is because of the annoying pig that decided to spawn right as I was aiming the SMG to take out the goons and got a 2 Star Wanted Level. Don't be impatient. Make sure there is no pigs around before trying to waste those guys if you want both at the same time.
There's also a Speedrun Strategy where as soon as the Mission begins and you start to chase the SuperGT, you can use Free Aim to put about 50-60 SMG bullets into the SuperGT and when it comes around the corner and the NE Bobcat spawns, you can put a few more bullets into it and it'll explode and you can just take the NE Bobcat and Bernie back to his Apartment. That Method clearly doesn't obtain the SuperGT and blows it up, which isn't a good idea, obviously, if you're trying to obtain it, so I decided to come up with this Method where both would be possible. Only seems possible with PASSING the Mission if you use the Route I took to the Bobcat, as well!
This Bobcat is missing ALL of its Extra's and that is why it's NE. The Extra's are the Grill, Roof Lights, and Boxes in the back. In traffic, any Bobcat will spawn ALWAYS WITH ONE of these Extra's while in this Mission, the Bobcat has NO Extra's at all and never will making it truly special and one of a kind.
You can store 10 Special Vehicles in the 5 Parking Spaces that GTA IV has to offer. Each Parking Space saves 2 Special Vehicles each.
