00:00 - Passing "Martha's Mug Shot" whilst obtaining the FP/EC/EC2 (Fire Proof, Exclusive Color, and Exclusive Secondary Color) Yellow5 Stretch
22:15 - Proving the FP Property and showing off the FP/EC/EC2 Stretch
This Method will ONLY WORK on the JAPANESE PC Version OR JAPANESE PS2 Versions because it's the ONLY PLATFORMS and VERSIONS that has this Stretch with the FP Property! This DOES NOT WORK on PS2 (Non-Japanese), Xbox, PC (Non-Japanese), Mobile, or Definitive Edition!
There's a Japanese Xbox Version 1.00, however, it's unknown if the Stretch would be FP on that Platform and Version.
To acquire a Rhino, complete 90 or more Hidden Packages and one will spawn inside of Fort Baxter, the Army Base, for you to steal with ease. Alternatively, you will have to acquire a 6 Star Wanted Level and obtain one.
I am recording this Video on the Japanese PC Version. Game Version is Version 1.0 of GTA Vice City for PC.
