01:45 - Shooting the driver of the EP/FP (Explosion Proof and Fire Proof) Hotring Racer A and teleporting it back to Ammunation
02:10 - Pushing the wreck out of Ammunation
04:30 - Pushing the wreck closer to the nearby Ambulance
06:30 - Using the Ambulance to push the wreck back to the Garage and restore the EP/FP Hotring Racer A

This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. Note that the Method was only tested using Keyboard and Mouse Controls on the Definitive Edition. It's unknown if it works with a Controller. Here is an alternative Method using the Tool Store near Sunshine Auto's which makes this task easier because you won't have to deal with any wrecks and getting them out of the store or pushing them back to the Garage. As you load up your Save, already be HOLDING the Accelerate/Sprint Button. When you can take control of Tommy and are still holding the button down, run on foot to the Stadium. If you want to skip the Cutscene, release the button and then once again press and hold it. After the Race begins and you are still holding the Accelerate Button down, you want to press and hold the Handbrake Button, as well. Steer to the same location you see in the Video. When you arrive, continue to hold the Handbrake Button and now release the Accelerate Button, quickly press the Exit Vehicle Button, and then once again press and HOLD the Accelerate Button. If done successfully, you will have left your own Hotring Racer and are still inside the Stadium with the Menu. While still continuing to hold the Accelerate Button, use the M4 to shoot the driver of the desired EP/FP Hotring Racer A or B of your choice and then quickly enter it. Once you enter it, make sure it's fully stopped and then press Left or Right to scroll through the Ammunation Menu Items. When you do that, you will be teleported with the EP/FP Hotring Racer A or B back to Ammunation. Just exit the EP/FP Hotring Racer A or B and head over to the Pink Marker for the Rifle Range to regain the normal view back.
Parking your own Hotring Racer in the spot shown in the Video is very important. Without parking it there, you may have issues blowing it up using a Sniper Rifle at the end of the process! There are some sort of invisible walls and the opponent's Hotring Racer's can hit your own Hotring Racer behind them!
Stay persistent when trying to get the wreck of either the Hotring Racer A or B out of Ammunation. They tend to get stuck when they are about half way out. Keep trying. If it does get stuck, try shooting the tires like I've shown in the Video. This will help be able to move it again.
As long as "Hotring" has been passed at least once, failing it on the second or greater instance will not effect the Stats and you will not get an extra Mission Attempt.
Note that the EARLIEST you can obtain the EP/FP Hotring Racer A or B would be right at the beginning of the game, however, you can also obtain it as late as after 100% and anywhere in between. It's up to you when you see fit to obtain it at which time.
The Hotring Racer's featured in the Mission have Traffic Default Colors and change upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.
Fun Fact - The Hotring Racer A and B not only can be differentiated between how they look, but also their engine sound! Each one of them has their own engine sound!
Fun Fact 2 - If you play on the Definitive Edition, ALL of the opponent's Hotring Racer's will appear as the Hotring Racer A. With that said, you can still obtain BOTH the EP/FP Hotring Racer A and B, just that BOTH of them will LOOK THE SAME with the engine sound still differing to tell them apart!
Fun Fact 3 - I can't recall how it's done exactly, but you can have both the EP/FP Hotring Racer A or B in NE (No Extra) form but IF and ONLY IF you play on the PC Version and use the Replay Feature OR play on Mobile and use the Autosave Slot and a Resume Trick.
