01:20 - Releasing the Call as CJ enters the Truck and driving to the LS Gym to enter and exit to give me an Infinite Timer
03:50 - Holding the Call as CJ begins "8-Track," failing it, and then heading to the LS Ticket Booth still holding the Call
05:40 - Still holding the Call, entering the LS Ticket Booth, and buying a Ticket to SF
06:40 - Still holding the Call, heading to the SF Gym to learn the Gym Moves, releasing the Call in the dialogue, and heading to the SF Ticket Booth
09:10 - Entering SF Ticket Booth, waiting for Phone to ring, holding Call, and buying Ticket to LS
09:30 - Accepting Gym Moves 1.5 seconds after seated in the Plane while holding the Call and then jumping out and finding a Police Vehicle

40:35 - Destroying the RC Goblin as I activate the FIRST Quarry Mission while a new Unique/AP (All Proof) RC Goblin is generated at the same time
40:45 - Trapping CJ in the Quarry, skipping the Quarry Mission, and then descending down to find CJ in the Quarry
51:00 - Controlling CJ and the RC Goblin back to the Garage
56:20 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the Unique/AP RC Goblin
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, and PC since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. It MIGHT work on Mobile, provided you're using a Controller as it's the only way you can hold a Phone Call. Touch Screens won't work. I can't confirm/deny, it's what I hear. This also won't work on the Definitive Edition, either, as far as I know.
Before you begin, a LOT of preparation must be done! You'll need a HIGH PRIORITY Phone Call, a Trucking Mission with a Timer, and ALL Quarry Missions completed. You also need the Whitewood Estates Safehouse bought. It's also recommended to pass 8-Track and the Gym Moves (Can't be avoided on PS2 Version 1.03) so you don't get any extra Mission Attempts added to the Stats. For your own sanity, you might want Infinite Sprint from doing Burglary, as well.
You'll see that I am using my own tiny twist in the Method (thanks to rhans). You see how after I jump out of the Plane and reach the street, I find a Police Vehicle, activate Vigilante, and immediately release the Call. Then later when I reach Zero's and the Red Marker, I HOLD R3, get out of the Vehicle and stand where the Red Marker will be, release R3, and spam X to skip all the Cutscenes. This SHOULDN'T need to be done! Nobody else does it in ANY other Video that you will see. You're supposed to just walk into the Red Marker, still holding the Call after jumping out of the Plane, and releasing it. When to release it? That is my issue. Without doing this Vigilante Step in the Setup, I am OM1 and not OM0 when I exit Driving School. So if that ever happens to you, you'll know why and must use this Vigilante Setup!
There is MANY High Priority Phone Calls that can be used throughout the Story. For the Guide, I am showing this Video toward the end, before "End of the Line" because as far as I know, this will be the last HIGH PRIORITY Phone Call CJ will get and be able to use OM0 and Call Holding Methods. To avoid a headache, I recommend obtaining the Unique/AP RC Goblin any time you unlock Las Venturas and BEFORE End of the Line. By doing it in Las Venturas means you'll have ALL possible storage space in the game by then, everything unlocked, and plenty of High Priority Phone Calls.

If you're on PC, this is recommended since there is a SHADOW representing the RC Tiger which there is NO SHADOW on PS2 making it much harder to locate.
