With hybrid BK, position yourself near a loading zone on the Grunty Industries exterior and shoot a clockwork. Then deathwarp with Kazooie, rejoin Banjo and deathwarp back to GI. Split up and make sure you leave Banjo or Kazooie on the map that hybrid BK is about to enter. Hit the flight pad switch and you will gain control of hybrid BK during the cutscene, which allows you to enter a loading zone. If you're inside the front entrance, simply hold down right.
The flight pad cutscene has an odd property. If you are split up, it gives control to whatever character already is on the next map. So when you enter a loading zone, the character you left on the split up pad will gain control (3:03). However, if there is no character on the map you are entering, the "0th cutscene coordinates" softlock will happen (3:46).
Entering a loading zone - thus delaying the flight pad cutscene - causes some other oddities:
- You can't pause the game.
- You can't interact with objects by pressing A or B.
- You can't spawn clockworks.
- There are no HUD elements on screen.
- The music doesn't change when you get shoes.
- Banjo sometimes has trouble climbing ladders.
- If you die, you won't get sent anywhere and the game will softlock.
If you watch any other cutscene (4:12), the game will act like the flight pad cutscene has ended, and everything will (apparently) be back to normal. 5:35
