On November 28, 2023 Secaucus police responded to a logistics warehouse where a terminated male employee was refusing to leave the premises. Responding officers met with the warehouse general manager who told officers that the male was terminated for poor work performance and for disregard of company policy. The man continued to work after management informed him that his employment was terminated. The man was extremely uncooperative and continued to refuse to leave. After the man attempted to step away from the officers that led to a physical altercation ending with the man handcuffed on the ground. The man was charged with criminal trespass & resisting arrest.
