In the early hours of New Year's Day (1/1/2023), Red Bank police responded to a call in the area of Newman Springs Road. The report indicated an incident involving a motor vehicle accident.
Upon arrival, the officer quickly checked to see if the driver was okay and included EMT’s to offer medical care. Soon after, the officer conducted field sobriety test on the driver.
She was subsequently arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and underage drinking. She was processed and released pending a future court appearance.
